Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
Breaking down systemic barriers, providing early mentorship, and building an accessible pre-law pipeline from high school to law school.

From a Campus Club to a Multi State Movement
Aspiring Latino Lawyers began in 2022 as a single student organization founded to unite like-minded pre-law students pursuing careers in the legal profession. In 2023, we incorporated as an official 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity to scale our reach beyond a single campus.
Today, our network encompasses eight officially recognized, student-run chapters across three regional hubs in Arizona and California. We meet students wherever they are in their academic journey—supporting members at Title I high schools, community colleges, and top public and private research universities. What began as a grassroots campus club has grown into a structured pipeline equipping underrepresented advocates with the networks, skills, and community needed to thrive in the legal field.
The Need: Why We Exist

Despite being the 2nd largest demogrpahic in the nation.
Latinos represent less than 6% of Lawyers
~6% of U.S. Attorneys are Latine: Despite representing nearly 20% of the U.S. population, Latine representation in the legal profession remains critically low.
First-Generation Barriers: Pre-law students from underrepresented backgrounds often face an "information gap", navigating LSAT prep costs, law school admissions fees, and professional networking without institutional guidance.
$0 Cost Guarantee: Aspiring Latino Lawyers ensures that 100% of our chapter programming, mentorship access, and regional summits remain completely free for all participating students.
